Treatment Programs

The Hills Clinic offers a range of specialised mental health treatment programs for depression, anxiety and addiction.  A ward was built in 2014 to cater specifically for young people (aged 16-22).  The following lists a range of the mental health treatment programs available at The Hills clinic:

  • The Manoeuvres Program for Mood (Depression/Bipolar Disorder) and Anxiety
  • The Phoenix Program for people struggling with substance addiction and/or behaviour addiction
  • The YA Program for young adults aged between 16 and 22 suffering with anxiety and mood related issues

The mental health inpatient treatment programs are individually tailored to suit the needs of each person staying at The Hills Clinic hospital.  The additional programs further assist with the patients recovery and include;

  • Art Therapy
  • DBT Program
  • Horticultural Therapy
  • ACT – Acceptance Commitment Therapy & Mindfulness
  • Music Therapy
  • Gym and Yoga

Patients are further supported in their recovery and have a range of mental health day treatment programs available to them that will assist in relapse prevention.  These Mental Health Day Treatment programs include;

  • Manoeuvres Mood and Anxiety
  • Phoenix relapse prevention program
  • DBT
  • ACT – Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness
